G-ZERO World GP is a fast arcade racing game for the Gameboy Color. You can play the game using an emulator or a Gameboy Color compatible device.

Choose from three machines, cups and difficulty levels and win the G-ZERO World Grand Prix to unlock up to three more machines.

STORY:

It is the year 2560. We were able to defend ourselves against an alien attack, but also suffered great losses. To celebrate the day of victory, a race is held every 4 years, the G-ZERO World Grand Prix! Only the best pilots are allowed to compete in the race and never-ending glory awaits the winner...

CONTROLS:

Press and hold the A Button to accelerate your machine and use the D-Pad to steer. As soon as you have completed the first lap, you can activate the boost by pressing the D-pad up while accelerating. Press the B Button to reduce the speed of your machine. You can pause the game by pressing the start button.

HOW TO PLAY:

To win the G-Zero World Grand Prix you must finish five races in first place. You have to complete three laps in each race, with the boost being unlocked after the first lap. While boosting your machine is accelerated to maximum speed.

Your machine has limited power, which decreases when you touch the track's rail or other drivers. It is also consumed while boosting. If the power is used up, you can't continue and the race is lost.

You can heat up your machines engine by holding the A Button down before the race begins. If your timing is good your machine will perform a boost start. If you overload your engine you must wait a little before you can accelerate again.
