The video game allows players to answer trivia questions about characters from the Doraemon manga series. This game is intended for younger children who may have read the manga. There are usually four answers and only one correct answer; similar to a multiple choice question. Characters from the series make a guest star appearance on both the cover art and in various situations in the game (including the titular character and his "master" Nobita Nobi). This game is a sequel to Doraemon no Quiz Boy and everything is written in Japanese. This was the last game released for the Game Boy Color in Japan.
