Kalakh

Mancala, is an antique game going back thousands of years. The rules of the game are simple and simple: the playing field is divided into six pits on each side for each player. Initially, they are filled with chips, pebbles, grains or coins in this version. At each extremity of the board there is another pit called "the Mancala", one per player. And the goal is to gather more coins in your own Kalah as the opponent. Every turn, the player empties one of his pits and drops 1 coin in each subsequent pit, going counter-clockwise and including the opponent's side. When you go over your own Kalah you drop one coin in it, but you always skip the opponent's Kalah. If you drop your last coin in an empty pit on your side, you can take that coin plus all coins in the opponent's pit facing yours, and store it in your kalah. The game is won when all the pits on the side of a player are empty, and the one with the most coins in his own Macala wins.
