Gladiator (1992)

We have to play for the ancient Roman gladiator in the genre of almost a fighting game. In the arena, if not the Colosseum, then certainly a rather large amphitheater. Our opponents will be both people and lions. It would seem that the game is a dream, the embodiment of another fantasy from childhood. And in some ways this, of course, is true, but - precisely that "in something". The plot, by the way, is completely absent, like any savoring violence. What kind of gladiator is our protagonist, by the way, is not very clear: he is armed with a sword, but does not wear a helmet and uses a round shield, almost never seen among gladiators; perhaps it is a murmillon, samnite or goplomah. However, it is not necessary to wait for any kind of historicity from such a game.
