Alien Assault (1997)

In 1991, the wonderful game Alien Breed was released on Amiga , and six years later, the one-person Crowfoot Software released Alien Assault . Yes, this is an amateur clone of the game mentioned above, and if in itself it is not bad, then in comparison with the original it loses in all points. And first of all it is, of course, graphics. Absolutely awful drawing objects can not be called, but Alien Breed in this regard completely bypasses its young competitor. Alien Assault Gameplayremained the same: our hero is still being thrown onto a space base consisting of a jumble of narrow corridors teeming with hungry monsters and overlapped with a multitude of doors from which you have to look for keys scattered here and there. In addition to the keys on the base floor, you can find first-aid kits, spare clips for weapons, extra lives and money. In some places of the base there are computer terminals where you can see the level map, open firewalls, see statistics and spend money on weapons and equipment. The purpose of our journey through the corridors is to search for a teleporter, which will take us to the next level. To summarize, we can say that we are still the same Alien Breed , only worse, but if you have gone through all the parts of the original and are still craving, then Alien Assault for you.
