romstation isn't a emulator (or a game). ➡️so romstation isn't "playable" because there is nothing to play with on it.

It's a software to download games & emulator and visualise them in a folder. You should instead download rom on your pc then transfert them on your phone and use an emulator made for your phone.
Need a gba emulator: you can use the emulator My Boy! or John GBA lite. (for exemple)
