HELP! How to reset controller config? OR can someone share the default keyboard binds for this game?

This is my first time using Romstation. I'm playing a game (Lupin Sansei: Shijou Saidai no Zunousen) (originally from the DS on my computer, it had keyboard configs that were all set up- I assume in the most comfortable positions, since the game takes advantage of all the buttons and is a puzzle platformer thing.

...I accidentally deleted the Keyboard profile config. I don't remember what the original keybinds are and I've never played this game so I don't know which keys I would manually assign to their respective DS ones.. 

I don't know what buttons will need to be pressed at the same time or how I'm gonna have to move my hands and fingers (AND mouse at the same time, for the touchscreen) comfortably, and I'm guessing the default config had that figured out, but like I said, I accidentally deleted it...

 

can someone help me figure out how to get back the original profile, or maybe can someone who hasn't played the game yet play it- and screenshot/tell me what the default keyboard configs/keybinds are? 

I would be so grateful, thank you so much in advance to anyone who sees this.

I don't think the key mapping is that important, but here is a screenshot (If you have a QWERTY keyboard, you will need to replace 'a' with 'q', 'w' with 'z', and 'm' with ','):

edit: I ended up mapping them on my own anyways afterwards. I was just paranoid, and also off amphetamines last night haha, my bad.
