Game Loads, Key inputs dont register

Ive tried configuring a controller, Ive tried configuring keyboard. Game gets to loading screen but will not register keystrokes on the game. In the input screen it will 100% upon pressing the key but wont register in emulation. Im new to this and not great with computers any help is appreciated.

i have a big problem, cloud play is working and everythibg but the input is not working, i did everything but doesn't work?? what i can do??

Have had this issue as well. It only happens with multiplayer servers. and cloudplay. otherwise it;s fine ... but it;s still an issue if I want to play with friends.
