Yuki Gatari is an Adventure game, developed and published by Tarte, which was released in Japan in 2002. The game takes place in a snowy mountain area, where the protagonist takes part in a skiing course. Of course he isn't alone and, conveniently-enough, ends up with a lot of female company.
