Toy Story 3: The Video Game is a platform game based on the 2010 film of the same name. The game follows the events of the film with a story mode and also offers a "Toy Box" mode allowing players to customize a Western town. The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions include a multiplayer mode, while the PlayStation 3 version features exclusive content such as the ability to play as Emperor Zurg in the Toy Box mode. The game was well-received by critics, particularly for its Toy Box mode.

The plot follows Andy's toys, who, after being donated to a girl named Bonnie, find themselves in a daycare center run by a teddy bear named Lotso. They discover that the daycare is actually a toy prison. Andy's toys escape and end up in a landfill, where they are saved by Andy's Aliens in the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable versions, while in other versions, it's Woody, Buzz, and Jessie who rescue them.
