Twin Peaks is a plateau where the main objective is to reach the top of either mountain. At that point, you will be rewarded with a random item and some coins, then you will be teleported back to the start. There are many Skeleton Gates and Events that will make this climb easier or more difficult.
Brief description of all the happening spaces:
- Middle before junction: Landing player can duel anyone else on the map, similar to using a dueling glove.
- Thunder Cloud Spaces: Landing player will be struck by lightning, causing poison mushroom effect.
- Top two spaces on each peak: Landing player is warped to the cloud in the top right section.
- Cloud spaces: Landing player on either of the two happening spaces receives a star.
Other actions:
- Fly Guy: Near the middle of the map is a fly guy with an item shop arrow pointing towards it. Passing player
can pay 10 coins to make fly guy warp a player to this space.
- Reaching either peak or cloud: If a player reaches the end of either peak or cloud and has movement left
they will be awarded an item and coins for reaching the top and then be warped back to the
start of the map and continue the rest of their movement. The left peak will give mostly bowser shop items,
while the right peak will give mostly toad shop items, the cloud will give mostly rare items.

Further information :
-The game needs the extension pack to work, don't forget to activate it!In Project64, click on "Options" then on "Settings" in the "Options" tab, you must uncheck the "Hide advanced settings" box. Then you have to go back to the settings, there will be many more tabs, click on "ROM settings", and set the RDRAM size to 8MB.
-The game also needs to set the Counter Factor to 1 to remove graphical bugs, don't forget to enable it!
In Project64, click on "Options" then on "Parameter" then on "ROM Settings" you will have to go to "Counter Factor" and modify the value from 2 to 1.
